I work closely with experts in health and safety, fire safety and architects with expertise in the care sector, ensuring providers receive a seamless service and compliance across all areas of health and safety legislation. Our health and safety inspections dovetail with the independent inspections I undertake, to prepare providers for the statutory CQC and Ofsted inspections.
ABOUT US
Care Compliance Solutions Ltd was established in 2011 by Frances Shillito, a former CSCI and CQC Inspector with six years of experience of care home turnarounds, helping care providers to diversify, maximise profits and draw down funding from a variety of sources. She has acted as an Inspector with CQC in the East Midlands and Yorkshire and Humberside regions and have worked closely and collaboratively with the local authorities nationally.
Care Compliance Solutions brings together a team of diverse and dynamic multi-disciplinary Consultants with decades of experience across health, social care and learning and development.
Specialists in advising care providers working with both adults and children in all health, social care and educational settings. Providing advice and guidance to services for adults with mental health needs, dementia, learning disability and autism, & much more.
Care Compliance Solutions also specialises in helping and advising children’s services, including children’s homes, residential boarding schools, residential family centres and residential special school provisions.
They have a proven track record in helping care providers achieve compliance and excellence in service provision, to maximise and secure their business interests and maintain the confidence of the local authority and CCG Commissioners, the Care Quality Commission and Ofsted.
Founder, Frances Shillito’s experience includes being a former regulator with the CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection), Ofsted, CQC (Care Quality Commission), those with local authority social care fieldwork and residential provision, Complaints & Compliments, Quality & Performance Review and the commissioning of services in respect of the remits of HIV, Sexual Health and Substance Misuse.
